LTRA was the prime consultant for Section 2.1 from 0.33 miles S. of Franz Road to 0.56 miles North of Franz Road.  This project was a new location freeway facility.  This project included constructing a 4-lane tollway with limited 2-lane frontage roads.  Design included geometric design, cross sections, retaining wall layouts, storm drain plan and profile for curbed frontage road, ditch design, ramp and intersection design, storm water pollution prevention plans and traffic control plans.  Coordination with utilities, bridge layouts and adjacent projects were included.
