LTRA was the prime consultant for the traffic management plan along Post Oak Boulevard from Richmond Avenue to IH 610 West Loop.  Design included geometric design of medians including dedicated left turn lanes geometric design of intersections and pedestrian ramps, traffic control, utility coordination and the preparation of final plans, specifications and estimates.
