We would like to congratulate Ahmad Alhoutary and Eric Webb for passing their Professional Engineering (PE) Exam.
Ahmad has been with LTRA since October 2009. He is a 2008 graduate in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and working toward a Master of Construction Management from UTA. He is expected to graduate in December 2016. Ahmad is part of the engineering department and his interests and expertise involve preparing design geometry including horizontal and vertical alignments; maintenance of traffic; drainage design; stormwater pollution prevention plans design; water and wastewater design; and preparation of final plans, specifications, and estimates.
Outside of work, Ahmad enjoys spending time with his wife and six-month-old daughter.
Eric has been with LTRA since January 2012. He is a 2008 graduate in civil engineering from Texas Tech University. Eric is part of the subsurface utility engineering (SUE) department and has experience in both engineering and construction management industries. He has been involved in SUE, utility coordination design, construction management, and project management.
In his free time, Eric enjoys playing golf, volunteering at his local church and spending time with his wife Candace, and their two chocolate Labrador Retrievers.
