Angel Karr has joined LTRA as the Construction Engineering Director in the firm’s Farmers Branch office. He has over 24 years of experience in construction management and the inspection of vertical and heavy highway construction projects (TxDOT and toll), aviation, and land development. Angel has extensive knowledge of all phases of construction including materials, methods, plans, specifications, and associated safety requirements.

Angel lives in Keller with his wife and two kids and spends most of his weekends attending his son’s soccer tournaments and daughter’s varsity softball games. When time allows he also enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, cycling, and riding his motorcycle.
