LTRA set the primary and secondary survey control for all design and construction for the 28-mi project. LTRA coordinated activities with TXDOT (updating their existing survey control), a third party consultant that had performed aerial LiDAR throughout the project, and the construction team responsible for all construction activity for the complete rebuild of the mainlanes and connectors.
